April 5th - Can't People Read???
I'm so sick of traffic signs that car drivers choose not to read. A prime example is the cross walk sign by the library. I don't know what the law is in other states, but in Colorado, if a pedestrian is crossing the street in a marked zone, ALL traffic must stop to let that person cross safely. It drives me insane when I see people waiting to cross the street. Come people....read the signs!!
